First time user, made a mince half Brown lentils half TVP, used herbs and spices for a meat loaf, wow great result looked and tasted exactly like a beef mince without the chewiness that a beef mince has. Will be trying a chilli next. Would be interested in trying soy chunks as well

Excellent product.
This has replaced beef mince for me even as an omnivore. It keeps so well and once you add oil and sauces it goes way further than mince meat.
