Current Shipping Timeframe:
Orders are currently being dispatched 3-4 working days after order date
Delivery timeframe:
South Island Residential: Overnight
North Island Residential: Two to three working days
Rural Delivery: Please allow an additional 24 to 48 working hours to the above timeframes for orders to be delivered to rural addresses
These timeframes are subject to no delays in the network, like the weather, road closures, accidents, truck break downs, ferry delays, branch freight volumes, unavoidable staff shortages and mother nature.
Every effort is made to deliver within the service standard but sometimes it just doesn’t or can’t happen
When your order is collected and scanned by our courier driver you will receive an email advising you of the tracking details for your order
Additional Shipping/ Order Information:
PO Boxes: We cannot ship to PO boxes. Please ensure a physical address is entered at checkout to prevent delays
Pick up: Our warehouse in Picton is available for order pick ups. Please select pick up at checkout. We will email you when your order is ready to be picked up with pickup information. Please allow 2-3 working days.
