Hemp Hearts are the best!
I love hemp hearts! They are so tasty, delicate compared to nuts, and loaded with healthy vitamins, minerals, and especially protein. Delicious Organic Hemp Hearts
I am using Hemp Hearts for the first time and so far I have been sprinkling them onto the top of my risen bread. Very tasty used this way. The next time I make muffins or energy balls, I plan to add hemp hearts to those. If you like the flavor of sunflower seeds, then you will like these as I find the flavor of hemp hearts very similar. Yummy!
