RECIPIE
1 ¼ cup GF Pancake Mix
¼ cup sugar
2 size 7 eggs
Approx. 220ml milk
25gms melted butter
½ tsp Vanilla (Optional)
3 tsp baking powder
Beat eggs, sugar & vanilla until thick & frothy. Add Pancake mix, baking powder, melted butter and 150ml of the milk first. Add more milk as need to get desired texture.
