Made from the sweet pulp of organically grown carob pods, our carob powder is simply dried, lightly roasted, and finely ground
Naturally sweet, low in fat, and caffeine-free, it’s a smooth and mellow alternative to cocoa powder. With a subtle malty, caramel-like flavour, it’s perfect in both baking and drinks.
How to Use:
