These crushed dark chocolate pieces are made from just 2 ingredients - roasted cacao beans and low GI organic coconut sap sugar. They are the perfect healthy chocolate to use in all baking and desserts, as dessert garnish, terrific for snacking or as an indulgent hot chocolate.
These un-tempered chocolate pieces are crushed coarsely and they range from 1mm-10mm in size
