Using ground flax seed for smoothies and very pleased with texture and of course the omega 3..using approx 30grams along with heart and BP supps
now I dropped all hypertensive meds.

A great source of Omega 3. Mixes well into smoothies and a great source of fibre. It is virtually tasteless and doesn't interfere with other flavours.
