Sustainably grown carob pods are dried, roasted and milled into this naturally sweet, caffeine-free powder
Naturally sweet, low in fat, and caffeine-free, it’s a smooth and mellow alternative to cocoa powder. With a subtle malty, caramel-like flavour, it’s perfect in both baking and drinks.
How to Use:
