Tapioca Flour is just that! It's simply made from the root of cassava plants. Nothing added. This slightly sweet, fine flour is high in starch. It's commonly used as a thickening agent in cooking, or to make fruit fillings and desserts. If mixed with other flours, it can be also be used in baking.
