Organic Steel Cut Oats are minimally processed whole oat groats with a chewy texture and mild, nutty flavour. They are versatile for a variety of everyday recipes.
Uses:
Porridge: Cook into warm, hearty breakfasts. Baking: Incorporate into muffins, cookies, and breads. Cooking: Use in grain-based dishes and savoury recipes. Blending: Add to mixes, granola, and breakfast bowls. Toppings: Sprinkle over desserts, yogurts, or salads for texture.
Whip up a healthy breakfast by adding your favourite milk, or just water. Add 1 cup of steel-cut oats to 3 cups of liquid, bring to the boil then simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add in some nuts, seeds and fresh fruit before serving.
Really great product, I’ve experimented different ways of cooking, but they turn out the same so I leave them soaking overnight, and gently cook for 1/2 hr in the morning. Very delicious, very nutritious. Im very pleased withmy oats
