Organic Textured Sunflower Protein (TVP) is a versatile plant-based ingredient made from sunflower protein. While TVP traditionally stands for Textured Vegetable Protein, this soy-free version is made from sunflower protein, offering a mild, neutral flavour and a satisfying, meat-like texture when rehydrated. It can be used in a wide variety of everyday meals.
Simply soak in hot water or stock for a few minutes before adding to your favourite recipes. It readily absorbs the flavours of herbs, spices and sauces, making it an excellent addition to both vegetarian and vegan cooking.

How to Use
Cover with hot water or stock using approximately 1 part Organic Sunflower TVP to 2 parts liquid. Leave to soak for 5–10 minutes, then drain any excess liquid if needed. Use as you would cooked mince in your favourite recipes.
